Computer Warranty Scheme

for Staff

The Computer Warranty Scheme is a bi-annual scheme for University-owned computers, and subscriptions are invited in February and August every year.  Typical services under the scheme include (i) local and on-site support on computer repair and diagnosis; (ii) Windows Operating System installation and reinstallation; and (iii) suggestions on computer procurements.
