Executive Assistant (Marketing) in the School of Creative Media (Appointment for 12 months) [Ref. C/R/504/09]

Duties

  1. Assist in planning and executing promotional campaign for academic programmes, internship scheme, student and alumni activities, the School’s and University’s new initiatives;
  2. Provide administrative support and prepare promotional materials including editing the write-up in simplified Chinese and English, and creating graphics, banners or posters;
  3. Develop marketing strategies by conducting online research and data analysis;
  4. Organise online/face-to-face workshops for the School and its outreach activities;
  5. Manage and maintain the social media accounts, school website and other online platforms;
  6. Support working groups in various tasks, as needed;
  7. Liaise with internal and external parties; and
  8. Perform any other duties assigned.

 

Requirements

5 passes in HKCEE/HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics with at least 2 years’ relevant experience, preferably in sizeable organisations.  An Associate Degree or Higher Diploma in Marketing/Graphic Design/Visual Communication/Creative Media or related disciplines are preferred.  Proficiency in PC skills and MS Office; excellent communication skills with good command of English and Chinese; good organisational skills and multitasking abilities; a strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn; and the ability to work independently and in a team are required.  Immediate availability is preferred.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test.

Salary and Conditions of Service

Salary offered will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Fringe benefits include leave, medical and dental consultations at the campus clinic.
