Executive Officer I/II in the School of Energy and Environment (Appointment for 4 months) [Ref. D/R/115/09]



  1. Assist in postgraduate programmes’ promotion and admission;
  2. Manage and maintain the social media accounts (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, WeChat);
  3. Assist in organizing various school events/activities;
  4. Assist in updating programme information for various publication and promotion materials of the School; and
  5. Perform any other duties as assigned.


A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.  Strong proficiency in computer software application; excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); good organizational and communication skills; and ability to take initiatives and work independently are required.  Experience in admission/student activities planning and management would be an advantage.

Candidates with more than 7 years’ relevant experience may be considered for appointment as Executive Officer I.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test.

Salary and Conditions of Service

Salary offered will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Fringe benefits include leave, medical and dental consultations at the campus clinic.
