Executive Officer in the Office of Senior Vice President (Innovation & Enterprise) (Appointment up to 30 June 2024) [Ref. B/R/1229/09]

Duties

The appointee will support the daily operation of HK Tech 300 and provide administrative support to the Office.

  1. Support HK Tech 300 (http://www.cityu.edu.hk/hktech300/) general operation;
  2. Assist in planning and implementation of activities and events; 
  3. Prepare documents and reports for various meetings;
  4. Be the coordinator of designated HK Tech 300 start-up teams to keep track on the progress and for better communication;
  5. Liaise and co-ordinate with different functional teams within HK Tech 300 to ensure smooth delivery of event components/deliverables;
  6. Provide administrative support for:
  7. Perform any other duties as assigned.

 
Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years’ relevant experience.  Abilities to attend to details and work independently and efficiently under pressure; proficiency in computer skills; good organisational and problem solving skills; and good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) are required.

Salary and Conditions of Service

Salary offered will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Fringe benefits include leave, medical and dental consultations at the campus clinic.
