Executive Officer I/II in the Centre for Judicial Education and Research [Ref. B/532/09]



  1. Provide administrative assistance to the Centre Director and maintain daily operation of the Centre;
  2. Provide assistance in the logistics arrangements of Centre’s activities, including ceremonies/conferences/lecturers/seminars/visits;
  3. Conduct market analysis;
  4. Manage social media platforms and update website;
  5. Design online/printing promotional materials;
  6. Prepare reports/speeches/web stories/write up for media publicity; and
  7. Perform any other duties as assigned.


A Bachelor’s degree with relevant working experience.  Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills; strong sense of responsibility with initiatives and ability to work independently are required.  Prior experience in tertiary education institutions would be an advantage.

Candidates with more than 5 years’ relevant experience may be considered for appointment as Executive Officer I.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test.

Salary and Conditions of Service

Remuneration package will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract; fringe benefits include gratuity, leave, medical and dental schemes.
