Part-time Clerical Officer II in the City University of Hong Kong Press (Appointment for 12 months) [Ref. A/R/1161/09]

 

Duties

Provide clerical support in various functions (including office administration and operation, answering enquiries, office reception, data input, book sales order fulfillment); and perform any other duties as assigned.


Requirements

5 passes in HKCEE/HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics with at least 2 years’ relevant working experience.  Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); good computer skills (including MS Office, Excel and Powerpoint); good interpersonal skills; and being attentive to details with a strong sense of responsibility are required.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test.

Salary offered will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
