Clerical Officer I/II in the Department of Systems Engineering (Appointment for 12 months) [Ref. A/R/1221/09]

 

Duties

  1. Provide clerical support to promotional activities, student-related matters and academic programmes;
  2. Assist in event coordination, organising conference and ac-hoc projects;
  3. Provide logistics support to office relocation; and
  4. Perform any other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements

  1. 5 passes in HKCEE/HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics with at least 2 years’ relevant experience;
  2. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
  3. Good organisational and interpersonal skills; and
  4. Abilities to work independently and under pressure are required.

 

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test.

Salary and Conditions of Service

Salary offered will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Fringe benefits include leave, medical and dental consultations at the campus clinic.
