Part-time Clerical Assistant in the Department of Public and International Affairs [Ref. T/052/25]

Duties

1. Provide assistance to the postgraduate programmes;
2. Assist in data compilation and statistical analysis;
3. Handle enquiries and general correspondence, as well as filing of records;
4. Provide logistical support for departmental events and activities; and
5. Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

1. 5 passes (Grade E/Level 2) in HKCEE/HKDSEE, including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics;
2. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
3. Good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills;
4. Strong proficiency in computer software applications;
5. Being attentive to work details and task quality; and
6. Ability to work independently.

Salary and Conditions of Service

Salary offered will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
