Part-time Clerical Officer I/II in the School of Energy and Environment (Appointment for 6 months) [Ref.:T/002/25]

Duties

Provide general clerical support (including logistics arrangement for seminars, events and conferences; and preparation of promotional materials); assist in daily operational and documentation work, projects and student activities; answer enquiries; and perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

5 passes in HKCEE/HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics with at least 2 years’ relevant post-qualification experience. Strong proficiency in computer software applications with good typing skills in Chinese; proficiency in English and Chinese (including Putonghua); good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently are required. Experience in organising events would be an advantage.

Candidates with more than 6 years’ relevant working experience may be considered for appointment as Part-time Clerical Officer I.

Salary and Conditions of Service

Remuneration package will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
