To further strengthen private funding support for the University’s fast-growing and strategic development, the University is seeking an experienced and dynamic fundraising professional to take on a leadership role in the Development Office, which operates under the leadership of the Associate Vice-President (Development).
Reporting to the Director (Development Office), the appointee will play a key role in raising donations for the University from individual prospects and corporations, including those in Mainland China, and coordinate related fundraising efforts. S/he is expected to take a proactive approach to develop fundraising strategies, identify and cultivate prospects, solicit donations, and organise stewardship activities. S/he will also work closely with the University’s senior leaders to cultivate donor relationships and drive major donations.
Shortlisted candidates may be invited for a written test.
Remuneration package will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract; fringe benefits include gratuity, leave, medical and dental schemes.
