Executive Officer II in the Department of Architecture and Civil Engineering [Ref. R/094/25]

Duties

  1. Manage undergraduate and Master programmes, including admissions, student affairs (assessment, appeal and complaints, academic dishonesty), accreditation;
  2. Organise activities for undergraduate and Master students;
  3. Coordinate marketing and promotional activities;
  4. Provide secretarial support for committees; and
  5. Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  1. A Bachelor’s degree with relevant post-qualification working experience, preferably in the higher education sector;
  2. Proven experience in programme management;
  3. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
  4. Attention to detail with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
  5. Being able to work independently and prioritise tasks; and
  6. Performing multiple tasks effectively under pressure with a strong sense of responsibility.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test.

Salary and Conditions of Service

Remuneration package will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract; fringe benefits include gratuity, leave, medical and dental schemes.
