Executive Assistant I/II in the Alumni Relations Office [Ref. R/083/25]

Duties

Assist teams in strengthening alumni relations and support with the following major duties:

  1. Strengthening local and non-local alumni networks and related alumni units;
  2. Organising institutional and alumni activities and projects;
  3. Supporting meetings, communication, events and alumni venue logistics;
  4. Assisting in collaboration initiatives with internal and external units;
  5. Handling web updates, reports and enquiries; and
  6. Performing any other duties as assigned.

Irregular working hours and occasional travels outside Hong Kong on a need basis are required.

Requirements

Candidates should have 5 passes in HKCEE/HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics, with at least 3 years’ relevant working experience. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); good interpersonal skills; attention to details; ability to work effectively in tight schedules; a strong sense of responsibility and computer literacy in English and Chinese word-processing, Excel, PowerPoint and Access are required. Possession of a Bachelor’s degree would definitely be an advantage.

Candidates with more than 6 years’ relevant experience may be considered for appointment as Executive Assistant I.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test.

Salary and Conditions of Service

Remuneration package will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract; fringe benefits include gratuity, leave, medical and dental schemes.
