Assistant Communications Manager in the Communications and Institutional Research Office [Ref. R/056/25]

Duties

1. Develop and design layouts for various promotional materials, including brochures, advertorials, and social media posts, for both print and digital platforms;
2. Contribute to the continuous updating and enhancement of corporate communications materials;
3. Provide assistance and support in the planning and execution of events; and
4. Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

1. A Bachelor’s degree with not less than 7 years’ solid post-qualification experience in the related areas of work;
2. Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); and
3. Being a good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
4. Good knowledge of the good practices, culture and development of the higher education sector is preferred.
5. Experience in premium or gift sourcing would be an advantage.

Salary and Conditions of Service

Remuneration package will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract; fringe benefits include gratuity, leave, medical and dental schemes.
