Executive Officer II (Projects) in the School of Creative Media (Appointment for 12 months) [Ref. C/R/390/09]

 

Duties

  1. Provide administrative support to School’s and University’s initiatives;
  2. Plan, coordinate and execute various projects as assigned including projects related to student activities, promotion and outreach, admission administration, career and internship placement, alumni activities, scholarships and awards;
  3. Compile statistical reports and prepare administrative documentation;
  4. Liaise with internal and external parties; and
  5. Perform any other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years’ post-qualification working experience, preferably in higher education institutions.  Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); strong proficiency in computer software application; good organizational, communication and time management skills; and ability to take initiatives and work independently are required.  Experience in administration/student activities planning and management would be an advantage.  Immediate availability is preferred.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test.

Salary and Conditions of Service

Salary offered will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Fringe benefits include leave, medical and dental consultations at the campus clinic.
