A Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in higher education sector. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, and knowledge of MS Office applications (in particular Excel and Access) are required. Experience in processing admission applications, handling enquiries, and managing system data would be an advantage. Good interpersonal and problem solving skills, multitasking abilities and a service-oriented disposition are relevant considerations for the appointment.
Candidates with more than 7 years’ experience may be considered for appointment as Executive Officer I.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test.
Remuneration package will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract; fringe benefits include gratuity, leave, medical and dental schemes.
