Executive Officer II in the College of Business (Appointment for 12 months) [Ref. B/R/1234/09]

Duties

Assist the Undergraduate Programme Office of College of Business in executing a series of programme promotions, student activities and handle ad-hoc projects as required. The appointee will be responsible for providing support to the operations of the Undergraduate Programme Team including:

  1. Develop promotional materials and create innovative contents (such as student achievement stories, activity announcements, event posters, newsletters, press releases, webstories) in alignment with the mission and vision of the College;
  2. Provide support to the promotion of college events/activities like Orientation, Congregation and Info Day, etc.;
  3. Assist in managing and monitoring social media platforms;
  4. Carry out new initiatives and ad-hoc projects initiated by the College;
  5. Liaise with departments and units within and outside the University; and
  6. Perform any other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements

  1. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with 2-3 years of post-qualification work experience in the related areas of work;
  2. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
  3. Being a good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work independently;
  4. Being self-motivated and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
  5. Good knowledge of design software such as Photoshop will be an advantage; and
  6. Fresh graduates with proficient language skills will also be considered.

Salary and Conditions of Service

Salary offered will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Fringe benefits include leave, medical and dental consultations at the campus clinic.
