Executive Assistant in the Student Development Services [Ref. B/568/09]

 

Duties

  1. Provide office and logistics support for University-wide Sports and Wellness Programme Team in matters related to regular PE courses, fitness workshops and summer physical activities;
  2. Assist in handling email enquiries;
  3. Liaise with other Departments and Offices;
  4. Be responsible for data input and statistical reports analysis for various PE programmes;
  5. Prepare purchase requisitions for PE Section;
  6. Coordinate a team of student helpers; and
  7. Perform any other duties as assigned.


Work outside office hours for supporting events and activities will be required.

Requirements

5 passes in HKCEE / HKDSEE, including the English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics with at least 3 years’ working experience.  Candidates who are degree holders or with relevant experience in sports event management preferred.

Ideal candidates should be proactive with a strong sense of responsibility, open-minded with flexibility, independent, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test.

Salary and Conditions of Service

Remuneration package will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract; fringe benefits include gratuity, leave, medical and dental schemes.
