Executive Officer/Executive Assistant in the Department of Biostatistics (Appointment up to 30 June 2024) [Ref. A/R/1246/09]

Duties

  1. Provide administrative support for the daily operation of the General Office and delivery of academic programmes;
  2. Assist in organising departmental and student activities;
  3. Maintain the Departmental website and social media platforms; and
  4. Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree, preferably with 1-2 years relevant work experience.  Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); proficiency in MS Office applications (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word-processing); good organisational and communication skills with a strong sense of responsibility are required.  An excellent team player with the ability to prioritise and complete multiple tasks is preferred.

Candidates with 5 passes in HKCEE/HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics and at least 2 years’ working experience may be considered for appointment as Executive Assistant.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a written test.

Salary and Conditions of Service

Salary offered will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Fringe benefits include leave, medical and dental consultations at the campus clinic.
