Executive Assistant in the Department of Biomedical Engineering (Appointment for 12 months) [Ref. A/R/1243/03]

Duties

  1. Provide administrative support to the Laboratory Manager (including assistance in payment and procurement of equipment and consumables, risk assessment tasks, equipment registration and stock control, etc.);
  2. Provide support for the facilities and safety audit process in the Laboratory;
  3. Provide support in developing departmental training guides and relevant materials on the website and in the equipment database; and
  4. Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

A Bachelor's degree/Associate Degree/Higher Diploma in any disciplines with at least 2 years' relevant work experience. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); proficiency in MS Office applications (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint); being self-motivated and attention to details are required.

Salary and Conditions of Service

Salary offered will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits include leave, medical and dental consultations at the campus clinic.
