A Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years’ post-qualification working experience, preferably in the higher education sector; good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; good organisational and communication skills; ability to plan and coordinate activities/events independently; and strong self-motivation with ability to work efficiently under multi-tasking situations and pressure are required. Experience in organising large-scale activities or events is preferred.
Candidates with less relevant working experience may be considered for appointment as Executive Assistant.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a written test.
