Executive Officer in the College of Engineering (Appointment for 12 months) [Ref. A/R/1216/09]

 

Duties

The appointee will provide administrative support to the College.  Duties include to:

  1. Provide support in College events;
  2. Assist in implementing e-marketing plans;
  3. Update College website and support the student internship system; and
  4. Perform any other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements

  1. A Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years’ working experience;
  2. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
  3. Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office, database and web/multimedia applications;
  4. A team player with good interpersonal skills; and
  5. Ability to work independently and under pressure.

 

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test.

Salary and Conditions of Service

Salary offered will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Fringe benefits include leave, medical and dental consultations at the campus clinic.
