Clerical Officer I/II in the Department of Electrical Engineering (Appointment for 12 months) [Ref. A/R/1172/09]

Duties

Assist the Director of the Project in the daily administrative functions of Project. Duties include to:

Requirements

5 passes in HKCEE/HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics with at least 2 years' relevant working experience. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); good interpersonal and organisational skills; being a good team player and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility; good computer literacy; and ability to work independently and complete multiple tasks under pressure and within tight deadlines are required.

Candidates with more than 6 years’ relevant working experience may be considered for appointment as Clerical Officer I.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test.
