The appointees will be involved in teaching consecutive and simultaneous interpretation and other translation courses, and supervise students at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
A Master’s degree in Translation and Interpretation or related disciplines, preferably with a PhD degree. Preference will be given to candidates with a strong interest, training and publication record in interdisciplinary research that bridges translation and interpretation with innovative technology, and frontline research.
Excellent teaching and professional experience with international exposure and establishment, and a proven record of publications would be advantages.
Salary offered will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Terms of appointment will be based on the current visiting remuneration package.
