UVent FS


Food poisoning is one of the key issues for the food and beverage industry in Hong Kong and everywhere. However, there are only a few suitable methods and types of equipment to prevent food contamination in restaurant kitchens.

UVent FS can solve this problem. It consists of two parts: smart kitchenware and a smart monitoring system. We use UVC technology to disinfect utensils and 5G IoT technology to monitor the sterilisation performance.

UVent FS will be the first step to achieve our Smart Kitchen vision. In the future, it will solve not only the food poisoning, but also other problems in kitchens.
