This is an interactive course which looks at image at the organizational and individual level. It aims to develop students’ knowledge and understanding about key concepts related to image management. Theories related to image management, leadership, marketing, and psychology will be discussed. Participants can apply these concepts to project themselves and their organizations successfully and differentiate themselves from the competition.
