QEF - Quality Education Fund

Quality Education Fund (QEF) was established in 1997 to finance projects for the promotion of quality education in Hong Kong. The establishment of the QEF is one of the major recommendations of the Education Commission Report No.7 (ECR7).

The QEF provides an effective channel for projects from the education sector to be funded. It mainly caters for worthwhile non-profit making initiatives within the ambit of basic education, i.e. pre-primary, primary, secondary and special education.

For more details, please visit the Quality Education Fund website.
