Virtual Private Network (VPN)

Cannot login to VPN of CityU - Error 691.

Please try the following:

Reset the departmental LAN password by the following steps

  1. Invoke CityU departmental intranet.
  2. Click Software Tools and Utilities from the menu on left.
  3. Click Change Account Password (Dept Network) from the upcoming menu.
  4. Enter login name, current (old) password and new password.
  5. Click Submit New Password button.
  6. Wait for a few minutes and try the VPN connection again.
