On 30 October, Lynda.com was moved to the new LinkedIn Learning platform. LinkedIn Learning offers a new interface while still providing the same Lynda.com content.
If you have an account in Lynda.com, you would have received an email with a link to activate your LinkedIn Learning account. Clicking the link will transfer your profile information, viewing history, playlists and certificates of completion automatically to the new LinkedIn Learning platform. After your account is transferred, you will no longer have access to Lynda.com. Please activate your account by March 2020 to have your Lynda.com learning history moved to the new LinkedIn Learning platform. Otherwise, you will not be able to see your learning history in LinkedIn Learning after activating your license.
The Lynda.com mobile app will not work and should be deleted. You will need to download the LinkedIn Learning mobile app to replace it if you currently use Lynda content on your mobile or tablet.
Furthermore, any playlists you have created will now be referred to as "collections" in LinkedIn Learning.
