Notes for registrants

1) Registration is required by 21 October 2022.
2) The name and ID number provided by the registrant must be consistent with the HKID card.
3) Limited quota for the tours. First come, first served. A confirmation email and a QR code will be sent to your email address around 2 days before the activity date.
4) Starting from 26 September 2022, all people wishing to enter campus are required to have received at least three doses of COVID-19 vaccines, or have one dose of vaccine within the last 6 months.
5) On the event day, please go to 5/F Run Run Shaw Creative Media Centre. You will need to present the QR code and your HKID card for verification. All visitors will be required to scan the LeaveHomeSafe venue QR code using the LeaveHomeSafe mobile application and show the vaccination records or medical exemption certificates at the campus entrance.
