Yuheng Wu (吴宇恒) is a dual-degree PhD candidate in the Department of Media and Communication at City University of Hong Kong (CityUHK) and the School of Media and Communication at Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU). His research explores the applicability of Human–Human Interaction (HHI) theories in Human–AI Interaction (HAII) contexts, while also developing novel conceptual approaches to address HAII phenomena that traditional HHI theories cannot fully explain. Building on these theoretical insights, his current work focuses on designing trustworthy and human-centered experiences for users of healthcare chatbots.
