Noel Wong started his career in various paper and broadcast media. As a TV journalist, his career highlights included the on-site coverage in Moscow regarding Beijing’s success bid for the 2004 Olympic Games, the Millennium Summit at the United Nations and as the first Hong Kong TV journalist to cover 911 terrorist attacks at the border of Afghanistan and in Pakistan.
Driven by his passion to promote environmental and cultural cognizance, Noel produced two documentaries: Soul of China and, Water of Life and Death. Both documentaries won dozens of international awards including a number from the New York Film Festivals; most noted ones being the UNDPI Silver Award from the United Nations Department of Public Information panel, Gold World Medal on Human Concerns and a Silver World Medal on Documentaries. He has been a Grand Jury Member for the New York Festival International TV & Film Awards since 2019.

He also accepted new challenges in the watch industry, where his interest lies. Throughout his professional life then, he occupied a number of management positions as Head of Watches Department of Sotheby’s Hong Kong, Managing Director, Asia Pacific, of A. Lange & Sohne, Chief Watch Expert of Cartier Hong Kong, Deputy CEO of Elegant Watch & Jewellery.
Currently, Noel is pursuing his Doctor degree in Business Administration.
