Mr Tenniel TAO 陶銘言

Tenniel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate communications and sustainability. He holds professional qualifications including Certified ESG Analyst (CESGA) and membership with the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (MCIPR), where he is also an Accredited PR Practitioner. In 2024, Tenniel was elected a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA).

Tenniel’s diverse career in communications spans across a variety of industries such as tertiary education, start-up, retail, real estate, and environmental consultancy. Among all the crises and incidents he has managed, his most notable achievement is the successful handling of one of the largest labour strikes in Hong Kong for a food delivery platform. He also managed change communications for market exits, C-suite executive profiling, prominent conferences, and innovative PR campaigns.

Tenniel is now Assistant Director, Engagements at AVPN, where he plays a pivotal role in fostering strategic partnerships and driving collaborative initiatives across the social investment ecosystem. With a strong background in building bridges between stakeholders, he is dedicated to creating meaningful connections that amplify sustainable impact.

Driven by a commitment to knowledge sharing and talent development, Tenniel contributes to higher education as a university language centre advisory board member and part-time lecturer. Across local institutions, he designs and delivers academic courses, practical workshops, and executive training in crisis management and corporate communications for public and private sector professionals.
