Ki Joon Kim is Associate Professor of New Media and Human–Technology Interaction and Founding Director of the Interaction Studies Lab in the Department of Media and Communication at City University of Hong Kong, where he leads interdisciplinary research on the sociopsychological antecedents and consequences of human–technology interaction and technology-mediated communication.

For Fall 2027 Ph.D. admission, applications are accepted through the University’s Special Admission Scheme, the Mainland Collaboration Joint Ph.D. Scheme, or the Self-financing Scheme. Regular admission and the HKPFS are NOT considered.
