Utilizing the updated equipment and facilities during the pandemic

The Department Head, Associate Head, BA programme leaders and the skill-related course leaders had a meeting on 26 April, 2021 to discuss the teaching arrangement and the utilisation of facilities and equipment in the coming academic year. COM strives to enhance the learning environment and provide adequate resources for students during the pandemic. Some labs and equipment items have been upgraded to fit the need of teaching and learning. The Video Editing Studio (M5078) is now equipped with the latest Apple M1 Processor Mac computers which are able to edit 4K Ultra High Definition videos without difficulties. All computers are also installed with the latest editing software including Final Cut Pro, Adobe Creative Cloud 2021 and Davinci Resolve. Students are welcome to use these newly installed computers for learning purpose.
