Introduction
Globalisation in the last two decades has led to rapid changes and increasingly keen competition among talents in different countries. Therefore, it is paramount for students to seize opportunities to broaden their horizons and gain global exposure.
Students who participate in the Global Work Attachment Programme (GWAP) will either stay in the assigned city working as interns in our well-selected non-local companies and organisations or work remotely in Hong Kong for eight consecutive weeks between June and August 2023.
Although it is a non-remunerated Work Attachement Programme, students will have valuable experience working with people from different backgrounds and learn from different workplace cultures and business practices. Subsidization will be given to students after the successful completion of the Programme, with satisfactory performance, and fulfilled all Programme requirements.
Programme Objectives:
- Enhance Your Employability
- Build Your Work Portfolio
- Gain Work Experience from a Different Culture
- Expand Your Network Worldwide
- Develop a Global Perspective
