Course Aims

  1. To develop within students’ knowledge of the role, functions and range of activities undertaken by a Human Resource Management department within an organization;
  2. To appreciate, evaluate, and analyse the challenges and complexities faced when managing people and Human Resource Management functions within and beyond national boundaries.
  3. To design and apply human resource management strategies and knowledge to support management processes critically and creatively.
