Alumni Reunion for Department of Media and Communication

The Department of Media and Communication (COM) hosted a COM Alumni Reunion online via Zoom at CityU Homecoming 2022 and over 30 alumni and faculty members attended the event.

The Department invited Mr Kenny Yung, BA Media and Communication graduate, to share about the up and downs working in the Hong Kong media industry. Kenny is a former journalist and news anchor of the Television Broadcasts Limited (TVB). After that, Mr Haosen Sun, MA Communication and New Media graduate, updated the preparation progress of COM’s first Alumni Association (AA). Haosen is currently a manager in the China Resources Groups and now the convener of the AA to lead a group of core members to draft the constitution of the AA. The AA is expected to formally establish later this year.
