Further to the Notice issued to you on 5 November 2019, I would like to inform you of the agenda for the upcoming AGM to be held on Tuesday, 17 December 2019 at 7:30pm at the Eminence Galaxy - Alumni Function Room, 11/F, Lau Ming Wai Academic Building, City University of Hong Kong, 83 Tat Chee Avenue, Kowloon Tong, Hong Kong (Please refer to the location map for access to campus entrance):-

1. To confirm the minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 6 December 2018
2. Chairman’s presentation of “Report for AGM” on behalf of the Sixth Standing Committee


Members are invited to register online in advance for the AGM to facilitate arrangements. Registered attendees will be served at the priority counter on the event day.
