The nineteenth Dialogue Series with Consuls General was held on 22nd March 2023. Dr. Pal KERTESZ, Consul General of Hungary in Hong Kong, talked with over 20 CityU students and staff on the topic of “Opportunities in Hungary for Future Studies and Career Development”. Professor Raymond CHAN, Acting Vice-President (Student Affairs), delivered a welcoming speech at the beginning of the seminar.

Dr. KERTESZ provided information about the geography, demography, traditions and innovations of Hungary. He also shared various reasons for choosing Hungary as a destination for future studies and career development. The audience enjoyed his introduction and numerous questions were raised about further study and business opportunities in Hungary.

The Dialogue Series with Consuls General continues to enrich students’ global consciousness and cross-cultural understanding.
