Mr. YAP Wei Sin, Consul General of Malaysia in Hong Kong and Macao, shared with over 70 CityU students and staff on the topic of “Opportunities in Malaysia for Future Studies and Career Development” via Zoom, at the seventh Dialogue with Consuls General held on 29th September 2020. Professor Horace IP delivered a welcoming speech at the beginning of the Dialogue.
Mr. YAP introduced the multi-cultural background of Malaysia and then discussed various opportunities for future studies and career development that Malaysia can offer. The audience enjoyed his introduction very much, and numerous questions about studying and working in Malaysia were raised. Mr. YAP also spent a good time interacting with CityU students and staff and encouraged them to explore further studies or career options in Malaysia.
