Course Aims

This course aims to enable students to

  • To integrate concepts, theories, and principles in management, and to apply them to real life situations in a social welfare setting.
  • To identify current management practices and issues facing the welfare sector in Hong Kong.
  • To perform competently in the role of a first-line manager in the welfare sector.
