Course Aims

This course aims to help students identify their bias related to service users with diversified sexual and gender expressions. Sexuality theories will be examined within social work values and ethics. Practice models and sexuality theories will be integrated in the local cultural context. Dilemmas arising from potential conflicts between social work professional values and students’ personal values will be examined.
