Course Aims

This course aims to......

  • introduce students to the key concepts, theories, and practices of organizational behavior;
  • help students learn how to apply those concepts and theories to understanding and critically analyzing various individual, interpersonal, group, and organizational management processes;
  • enhance students’ self-awareness and understanding of their own strengths and weaknesses in working effectively in organizations and encourage them to continually develop their strengths and improve their weaknesses.
