Course Aims

This course aims to:

  • introduce students to land holding system, management of multi-unit development, planning and building legislation in Hong Kong
  • provide students with an understanding of the relevant aspects of family and employment law appropriate to the housing management profession
  • provide students with an understanding of public law obligations relevant to housing
