Course Aims

This course aims to engage students in in-depth study and analysis of a selected East and Southeast Asian society by way of problem-based learning. Students will form small groups and work together to identify a problem and find solutions to the problem. Through group work and problem-based learning, students will be enabled to communicate effectively and collaborate successfully in projects as well as to appraise problems and offer ways of resolving them. These skills will enhance students’ employability in organizations working on regional projects.
