We are pleased to invite you to join our “Joint University Camp” on 23rd May 2019 at the City University of Hong Kong.

The day camp is organized based on the theme of“# Challenge! Become the winning team in life”. With adventure-based and experiential activities, we aim to enhance your understanding and application of character strengths in daily life. Through interactions and exploration in the activities, you will be able to meet students from other institutions (City University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Baptist University, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, The Education University of Hong Kong, The University of Hong Kong). Apart from the opportunity to meet new peers, the program offers the platform for you to engage in life and experience happiness, facilitating each of you to act out your true self while striving to be the winning team in life.

Joint University Mental-wellness Project (JUMP) is a project coordinated by 5 Universities (City University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Baptist University, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, The Education University of Hong Kong, The University of Hong Kong) in promoting mental well-being and mental health of university students. Adopting the frameworks of positive psychology and experiential learning, JUMP aims to facilitate university students to reflect on the meanings of life and enhance their concern for others and the society.
