正向教育公開講座 第三節

如何建立正面情緒

「正向教育」近年成為教育界的其中一個發展趨勢,透過不同的理論和介入方法,以建立正向的校園文化,為學生建立豐盛的人生。

近年來的疫情為社會帶來前所未有的改變,而在新常態下,研究室發現正向教育可以有更多的發展方向:我們在過程中,充分體驗「成長思維」的重要性;團隊成員善用各種「性格強項」,盡展所長;身處在不安的疫情下,如何安頓各種情緒,關懷自己的內在需要,建立「正面情緒」;在復課忙於追趕學習進度時,不忘找一些讓自己「全情投入」的活動去忘憂,在留家抗逆時,找到讓自己全神貫注的活動尋找樂趣;於在家學習和社交距離下,如何建立「正面的人際關係」,由「困獸鬥」變成「珍惜家人共聚」;在艱難的時候,讓大家尋找「再辛苦都值得」的「人生意義」;「成就感」的來源,其實並非只有「分數」、「名次」、「獎項」,而在疫情下學校減少了測考、課外活動和比賽,正好讓大家重新定義「甚麼是成就感」。由此可見,疫情之下,正是一個契機驗證「正向教育」的價值。

香港城市大學正向教育研究室於過去十年一直致力推廣正向教育,曾合作過的學校及機構已超過300間,當中服務包括教師培訓、家長講座、課程撰寫、學生活動、顧問工作等,為了將團隊所累積的經驗貢獻社會,本學年團隊將會舉辦四場公開講座,讓老師和社工們認識正向教育的理論和實踐。

第三節將會分享「如何建立正面情緒」,好讓大家對「情緒」有更多角度的理解,有更多方法協助學生建立正面情緒。
