Tips:
Prepare as many visits as you can a few weeks in advance so you can start visiting
flats as soon as you land OR arrive in Hong Kong 2-3 weeks before the start of class
(beginning to mid-August).
Socialise and meet as many people as you can by participating in social events,
often people have a spare room.
Don't rush into a flat and don't worry about it, Hong Kong is dynamic and things spring up all
the time. There are big differences between flats and value for money so look at as many as you
can.
