The interesting people you have met in the Student Residence; the memorable friendship you have found during the year; the love you have cultivated during the year; the knowledge you have learnt during the year; the academic results you have achieved during the year; the working experience you have obtained during the year… Perhaps also the very relief from the last examination in the year that has just passed or will do soon.

But all in all, it is worth celebrating the year 2007-08 a year of harvests of all kinds and a year in which you have grown together with the community in the SR. Don’t let this remarkable year pass away so hurriedly! Count on the blessings that you have gained from your residential life experience! Do you know various parties that have contributed to building the community and enriching your residential life?

1. The security and cleaning staff who have ensured a safe home for you;
2. Your Residence Masters and Tutors who have enriched your all life and provided you with care;
3. The Residents’ Association of your Hall who have organised different fun activities for you;
4. The SRO staff and Residence Life Assistants who have worked behind the scene to build a safe and dynamic community;
5. Your peers who have helped you and brought you memorable times.

If you feel blessed in any of the above ways, give yourself a chance to celebrate with your peers the memorable times you have enjoyed, and in whatever ways you can, express your gratitude to the people who have helped and supported you!
