Exams have been talked about thousands of times, not to mention the fact that you have joined numerous workshops, telling you how to release stress before exams…You’re desensitized by “coping with stress” talks, but the only thing you’re not desensitized to is stress itself…

Let’s talk about something fresher! The only thing you’re advised to do is to think “I’m putting ENERGY into myself to deal with those exams”, instead of keeping on telling yourself “I’m coping with my stress”.
